Ok..my Sifu said this butterfly has not been seen in Singapore for quite awhile or rather in years,
so by some unseen luck, I have actually managed to capture some shots of this butt.....

Nice photos :) Happened to chance upon this blog while researching. Just want to say that I spotted this butterfly a few weeks ago I think! I was walking along Kent Ridge Road when a butterfly similar to that in your picture caught my attention because the end of the wings were so fluttery with the trickling little thing hanging down. I tried to follow it to get a closer look at the wings but it disappeared into the greens. Lovely gorgeous thing.
